ATE wheel-bat (24 channel, battery powered module)

Description

The ATE WHEEL telemetry system is designed to measure temperature or stress, without contact, on rotating wheels or on aeronautical rotors. It can condition 24 type K thermocouples of 12 extensometry gauges.

The inputs are compensated by cold internal welding. All the data is coded over 16 bits with simultaneous sampling and is transmitted digitally by radio. The distance between the transmitter and the receiver antenna can be up to approx. 10m. The ATE WHEEL allow parallel operation on 4 wheels. Reception is on SMA connectors of the analogue 0-10V or -5/+5V type, or on a digital output. The ATE WHEEL is powered by rechargeable batteries on a vehicle.

The ATE WHEEL allow a quick mechanical fit to the wheel rim of one or more vehicles by changing the fixture blockles. It weighs only 0.675 kg seulement, allowing to reduce the non suspended weight.
